Neighborhoods are networks of people built on strong foundations of trust and care for one another. On local community pages, we noticed people constantly asking neighbors to vouch for a reliable plumber, dog walker, or other services. We knew there had to be a better way than waiting for people to respond to your posts, only to have to struggle to contact the people you need. When we looked deeper, we realized most platforms weren’t focused on the unique strength of hyper-localized communities building. That’s when the idea clicked, and Alex founded Handihood to simplify and strengthen the bonds between neighbors. We want to expand into your neighborhood to be "Your Neighborhood Helper Network".
